The fact that there are different effects of long period of working on your body. A lot of those people were asking, "How can they have a comfortable work station at home?"

So, I thought of finding the ergonomic office furniture and ergonomic gadgets. They are all just a few simple things that will make a good change to your working environment, and a long term benefits for you as well.

Here's the top---- tips to set-up a comfortable home office

#1 Inspecting Your Office Space

Knowing the size and shape of the area of your office is pretty ideal before you buy any furniture or equipment. Otherwise, you might buy too bulky or too small size of furniture that isn't right for the size of your office space.

Also, checking the ventilation of your office is a good thing to consider as well. And lastly, inspecting the electricity power and Internet connection, and other minor or major issues to be solved should be considered as well.

#2 Designing Your Work Station

Every person needs a good working environment but it doesn't mean to say that one must spend too much money to remodel or design the office. There are many affordable yet good quality of products that can be used as an alternative to make-over a bare room into a work-friendly office.

Once, you know the 1st step, the second will be easier than usual. Here's a user friendly website that offers free "room planning" for your office space. Click here to see use it to plan your office space. That interface allows you to choose what type of room you need to design, what shape, and size, in order for you to use the right size and shape of furniture and equipment you need to place in your office. All of those can be found on the website. And I'm pretty confident the site will help you a lot and you'll be happy to use it as well.

Here's how it looks like...

#3 Choosing the Right Furniture

Now, you've planned on how will you design your office space, it's now time to choose the right furniture. On the sample photo above, the website will also determine what shape and size of furniture you'll be using at your future dream home office. However it's not just the size and shape that you have to consider.

Comfort, budget, and quality should also be part of your criteria. Remember we want you to set-up a comfortable home office for your own convenience. But, combining all those points might be a little bit challenging for you. Unless, you will DIY(Do It Yourself) all your furniture.

But if you don't have enough time and you have other priorities at the moment, you can always consider other options available on the market. For instance, I found an ergonomic chair that has been recommended and highly rated by so many people. So I thought to buy one for myself and use it. And, I'm glad that it is comfortable and affordable. I wrote a personal review about it, and you can check it here.

I am also a fan of looking around and see a few different home executive office desks. I compiled all of the best ones into a blog, and I'm glad to share it as well. I named it as, High End Executive Desks for Home Office and Best Home Office Executive Desks.  Aside from that, you can also consider an adjustable office desk, which I think is pretty ideal if you prefer buying a more comfortable desk than the typical type of office table.

#4 Buying the Right Mouse and Keyboard, and others..

If you are like me who uses keyboard and mouse for long hours per day, whether you've had some hand, wrist, and shoulder pain, I'd like you to consider buying the right ergonomic keyboard and ergonomic mouse. Many people prefer to use them, and said that there are benefits of using ergonomic keyboard and advantages of using ergonomic mouse as well.

If you prefer using a desktop computer, you can also consider buying a flat screen monitor that you can mount on the wall rather than putting it on your desk.

I also found a nice video of a company demonstration on their very own ergonomic office chair. It looks pretty interesting and you might like it as well.
